Application Kit for 2008 Taiwan Teddy Bear Show

APPLICATION
We are now accepting entries for the 2008 Taiwan Teddy Bear Show & Creative Awards. Information is now available at TWTBA web site at URL: www.twtba.org.tw.
Please read all rules and conditions and submit all forms to participate in this event. (All Entries must be received by September 30th, 2008)

ENTRY FEE for EXHIBATION/SALE TABLE:
1. Personal Artist / N.P.O: USD 100 (with 1 table / 2 chairs / 1 set of lunchbox included)
2. Company / Manufacture USD 200 (with 2 tables / 4 chairs / 2 sets of lunchboxes included)

EXHIBATION TABLE: one table size 183cm(W) x 75cm (D), two chairs, display name card, exhibition ID card, lunch box, red tablecloth (you can bring your own tablecloth).
If you want to order the lunchbox for show day, please indicate this on the entry form.

The fee is non-refundable for both tables and competition. Fees are applied to our costs of show place, publicity and administration costs.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS (visa/MasterCard/diners card) can be accepted and will be processed via "fred-i-bear" credit card facilities and the transaction will be shown as "fred-i-bear on your statement.

Please use our official application form. 【Annex 1】Fill out each entry form or print form completely. All applications completed in English type or written in block letters. Any contest entry form that is not signed or accompanied by an entry fee will be invalid and not viewed by the judges. A separate entry form must be filled out for each bear entered. Limited one bear per entry form.

If you cannot print the forms from our website, please contact our TWTBA office and we will email, mail or fax the forms to you. Deadline for submitting forms is September 30th, 2008. Up to this date all necessary documents must have reached the TWTBA office. Please send your application to our address…

From November 12 ~ November 22, TWTBA has arranged specials rates for all overseas exhibitors with entry certificates (received after submission of entry form via email)

October 20th, 2008	Announcement of nominee's
October 27th~November 5th	Public online voting
November 10th	Nominated bears to have reached Taiwan. (Second -judging for winners on NOV.16th)

November 16th, 2008 - 2008 Taiwan Teddy Bear Show will be presented.

11:00AM	Opening Ceremony
11:10AM	Event Summary
13:00PM	Teddy Bear Making Demonstration
16:00PM	Award Prizes
17:00PM	End Of event/Clean up. Check-Out: Contest teddy bears return
18:30PM	Friendship Gathering (Dinner Party) at 6:30PM (optional)
